Gloryvee Cordero is a Computer
Analyst at the University of
South Florida, where she is
currently working on her
Master's in Education with an
emphasis in Instructional
Technology. She earned her Dual
B.A. in Psychology and Sociology
from the University of South
Florida. In 2000, she developed
her own multimedia company
called, Gradual Development and
began serving non-profit
agencies with technical
services.
During her undergraduate work in
psychology, she conducted
qualitative research analysis at
Project Return - a center for
mentally and emotionally
disabled homeless people.
Gloryvee comes to us with a
personal background of urban
community development. As a
teenager she volunteered for 7
years at a local community
church mentoring urban young
people. She also volunteered her
time at local Children's Homes
and Joshua Houses as a mentor
for young pregnant teens.
Gloryvee has dedicated her time
in developing urban children and
advocating the continuance of
higher education. She was
urban-raised and she strongly
supports the efforts of
community development.
Currently, she is developing a
new software system called,
Synthesis. The software program
will help the learning process
in Math, Science and Reading for
LEP and ESE students in
preparation for the FCAT. |
